FALL 2009 MEDIA GUIDE AD SALES - Deadline Approaching FAST in 3 days!
The Athletic Council will be producing its second annual Media Guide for Fall Sports of Hardin Valley Academy. We ask that each Fall Sport Athlete/Team make a commitment to sell ads for the Media Guide, and support their team. The deadline to submit ads for the Media Guide is August 3rd, 2009. Football, Volleyball, Golf, Dance, Marching Band, Cheerleading, and Cross-Country will be included in the Media Guide. Each team will be represented in the Guide with a team picture and roster/schedule. There are limited color spots available for sale. If you would like to purchase an ad for the Media Guide or have questions please contact Donna Barnett at mdbarnett@knology.net. You may also purchase your ad through one of the fall sport athletes/coaches or any Executive Board Member of the Athletic Council. The ad sales form can be found in the documents and forms section of this website.
The Media Guide will be available for purchase after it has been published (mid-August 2009). These are surely to become collector's items since personalized message ads are now being offered for sale to familes of all the athletes.
We have produced three successful Media guides during the 2008 Fall and Winter Seasons as well as the recently concluded 2009 Spring season. If you would like to purchase ads for multiple guides, please contact Donna Barnett. Thanks to all businesses and individuals that have purchased ads during our first full year at HVA. We are working hard to continue to improve all future media guides.
